INTRODUCTION
The Beach Shirt, a business unit of Bentley Company Collection LLC, may provide you with various opportunities to make purchases through the Beach Shirt online store Web site and The Beach Shirt Services. These Purchasing Terms describes the rules and policies associated with purchases made on or for the Beach Shirt online store Web site and The Beach Shirt Services. By using the Beach Shirt online store Web site and The Beach Shirt Services, you agree to the terms contained in these Purchasing Terms.
PAYMENTS
Advanced payment in full by credit card is required for all orders. The Beach Shirt will accept payment via MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. The Beach Shirt does NOT accept payment by mail-in payments. Please do not send cash, money orders, cashier's checks or personal checks. All prices are subject to change from time to time at The Beach Shirt's sole discretion. Price changes will be posted.
ORDER PROCESSING
Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within one to two business days (See FAQs)
To ensure that orders are shipped within this timeframe, orders are processed as soon as they are received. Orders cannot be cancelled, changed or combined once they have been processed and shipped.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - SEE our Hassle-Free Guarantee EXCHANGES/RETURNS
Here at The Beach Shirt we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with the purchases that you have made. With that in mind, purchases made online may be returned or exchanged at thebeachshirt.com or any Beach Shirt location within 90 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, have the tags attached and be accompanied with the original invoice. Refunds will be credited in the original form of payment used when the order was placed. Items that do not comply with the above policy will not be accepted for return or exchange. If you do ship such items, The Beach Shirt will not be responsible for processing and returning such items. When returning an item at a Beach Shirt store, you must provide the credit card originally used to make the purchase as well as the original invoice. If you do not have the original credit card we will be unable to complete the return. If you do not have the original invoice we will not be able to complete the return.
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during the checkout procedure is accurate and complete before placing your order. To ensure that orders are shipped as promptly as possible, orders are processed as soon as they are received. Your shipping address cannot be changed once your order has been processed.
The Beach Shirt will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as undeliverable and returned to The Beach Shirt.
CUSTOM ORDERS / PRE-ORDERS
From time to time custom ordered items may be offered for purchase prior to availability to ship. If you choose to pre-purchase the specified item(s) by adding to your bag and completing the checkout process, your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase. If, at the time of purchase, other items were in stock that you ordered, these items will be shipped immediately per standard shipping policies. Once the custom ordered/pre-ordered item is in stock your item will be shipped. The scheduled ship date is not a guarantee. All pre-ordered items will be shipped via ground shipping. This policy applies to both domestic and international orders.
BACKORDERS
If all of the items included in your order are out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail that your order has been cancelled due to lack of inventory and you will be issued a full refund of your order total (including tax, gift wrap, and shipping and handling).
If some, but not all, of the items included in your order are out of stock, we will ship only the items that are available in stock. You will be charged sales tax for only those items available in stock that will be shipped.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If for any reason your order is classified as undeliverable and returned to The Beach Shirt, we will notify you via e-mail that your order has been cancelled due to a failed delivery attempt and you will be issued a refund of your order subtotal. Shipping and handling will not be refunded.
The Beach Shirt will not re-ship any order that is classified as undeliverable and returned to us. If you would still like to purchase the items that were undeliverable, please place a new order through our website.
STATE SALES TAX
In accordance with state laws, we are required to charge sales tax on orders shipped within the continental US. Sales tax is applied to the total amount of the order, which includes gift wrap, shipping and handling charges and is based on the shipment's destination state and local sales tax rates.
For your planning and convenience, we display exact sales tax amount when orders are placed and reflects all state and local taxes of your order destination at the time your order is placed.
